Finding Momentum

The week is falling apart. Meetings are stacking up, the inbox won't empty, and the to-do list, already too long on Monday, keeps growing.

But you might not know that you can reset the week and get the ball rolling in just three easy moves.

Cancel or postpone one low-value commitment. Not the important one. The one you said yes to out of habit, guilt, or politeness. Free up the hour.

Reach out to someone. A thank-you, referral, or a note that says you were thinking of them. Small, generous, and it only costs five minutes and feels great.

Do one small thing you've been avoiding. An email, making an appointment, or another task that's been sitting in the corner of your mind, taking up more space than it deserves.

That’s it. In fifteen minutes, maybe twenty, you can create momentum out of thin air.
