In this hands-on 3-hour workshop, you'll learn my Strategic Planning Blueprint—a practical system for turning that overwhelming list into a plan you can actually execute and feel good about.
STEP 1: GOAL MAPPING We’ll lay out your complete goal landscape—everything from your performance review, stretch assignments, development plans, and personal career or business objectives and see how they interconnect and identify potential conflicts.
STEP 2: RESOURCE ASSESSMENT For each goal, you’ll identify what you need: time allocation, budget, stakeholder support, skills development, team resources. You’ll identify dependencies and potential obstacles before you make a plan so they don’t become problems.
STEP 3: STRATEGIC PRIORITIZATION Not everything can be priority one. You’ll prioritize based on organizational impact, value, and realistic feasibility. You’ll choose your top 1-2 focus areas that will drive the most meaningful results.
STEP 4: ACTION PLANNING You’ll build a detailed execution plan with milestones, check-points, and clear next actions, including a review and reporting system to track progress and communicate wins to leadership or your team.
