What is Virtual Coaching?
Virtual Coaching is where we walk through your space virtually, using shared photos or a video conference calling tool. When you first invite us into your space, we discuss your goals, potential road-blocks, timing, and budget. Then we develop a plan for you to execute, and we work with you (screen to screen) as you begin working on that plan. We keep regular communication and offer support and suggestions along the way. We will provide you outside resources when necessary. When you have reached specific milestones, we provide you with a detailed maintenance plan so you are less likely to backslide into old habits.

Virtual coaching sessions are not dictated by normal business hours or 3 hour minimum scheduling blocks. We can schedule sessions for evenings, weekends, or early mornings. When you are at your peak performance or when it is most convenient for you!

Virtual coaching sessions cost 40% less than in-person sessions.
Virtual coaching is the most discrete method of coaching. If you are uncomfortable with people in your home or office, don't want someone touching your belongings, or have other privacy concerns, virtual coaching is ideal for you. You are in complete control!
